Ingredients for Carrot Cake:
- 500 g carrot;
- 6 eggs;
- 350 g sugar;
- 300 g white flour;
- 300 ml oil;
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder;
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- 1 sachet baking powder;
- 1 teaspoon baking soda;
- 1 vial vanilla essence;
- 70-80 g raisins + 1 tablespoon flour;
For the cream:
- 200 g butter;
- 150 g powdered sugar;
- 600 g cream cheese;
For decoration, hazelnuts.
We bake the dough in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, then we lower the temperature to 160 degrees for 60 minutes.
