Hey there, thanks so much for your comment-much appreciated!! Overall I found Virgin Voyages food wasn't too salt-laden. If you're seeking especially healthy meals, I recommend the veggie-forward menu at Razzle Dazzle, grain bowls at Sun Club Cafe, the proteins at The Wake (they're served very simply, without heavy sauces), grilled mezze items at The Dock, and the custom salad/sandwich bar within the Galley. There's also a fresh-pressed juice bar tucked into The Dock area where I loved to grab green juice!
A very thorough well shot and edited presentation of their eateries…thank you for this! My cruise is 65 days away on the Valiant Lady on June 12th. Question are the sit down restaurants open all day or just for dinner?

I definitely recommend trying their brunch menus-very tasty! (And, The Test Kitchen is also used during the day for various food-related classes and workshops.)
Very good. I was just looking for a nice overview video of all the restaurants on board to show my wife, as we are currently comparing between different lines. So, I was very happy to find this rather than to have her look at mostly very long videos of individual experiences.

Advance reservations are recommended for dinner, but not necessary for breakfast or lunch (aside from table service brunch at Razzle Dazzle or The Wake). Have an excellent cruise!
