You never mentioned about that fraud seller name which could be usefull for many other people who are watching this to be extra careful. 2. Then if you really know the other ways how people are getting scammed through ecommerce site then i felt you should have told us/your viewers for awareness but you ignored that part...

Good awareness. If I get calls from spam, i will speak upto final stage about to know what their motive and then avoid before they ask payment. I generally avoid any third party sellers, but the product is available only with them, i will research it, speak with them and only after known about their genuiness then only place order.

Informative video. @tamiltech as you say in the video it is not possible for sellers to get access to the customer's phone numbers. Iam a seller in amazon. even the delivery executive will not get access. if you have purchased as a business customer, and that business is listed online in google or in GST portal, a contact number can be fetched.
