INGREDIENTS 🇮🇹:
Zest of 2 oranges.
1 liter orange juice.
Egg yolk 3 pieces.
Sugar 130 g.
Starch 90 g.
Butter 200 g.
Eggs 5 pieces.
A pinch of salt.
Sugar 150 g.
Vegetable oil 30 ml.
Vanilla sugar 8 g.
Flour 120 g.
Cocoa 30 g.
Yeast for cakes 5 g.
Shape 28 x 18 cm.
In the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C.
Water 40 ml.
Rum or brandy 1 tbsp.
Powdered sugar 1 tsp.
Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Black chocolate 150 g.
Butter 100 g.
Melt and prepare the icing.
Decorate with white chocolate.
