I sometimes find "dollar tree" projects not only time consuming but the results can be a bit cheesy for the amount of effort. These were absolutely amazing and so easy, the best part. Thank you for sharing!

I prefer the tree without the green moss but I totally understand why it happened. I've tampered with 1 too many of my creations because I love a little extra and get too excited! Haha. It's beautiful none the less and may go on my recreate list!

How fun are these!!! I love these ideas! For the tree with the "green halo", if you really don't like it, just put the moss around the whole thing like it's a shadow. It would help make the whole tree pop too! As for my favorites.... I think the gingham trees with the napkins were my favorite but they were all awesome ideas for using up a bunch of paint sticks to make cute decor!

These are lovely! I tried to pick a favorite, per your instructions 😉, but I could only manage to narrow it down to three of them, 3, 6 & 9. I really liked 4 also. I know what you said about the halo thing and technically I agree, but I’m not convinced that using the greenery was the wrong choice. I have in my head (and I fully admit that it might be a ludicrous idea) to finely chop/cut the moss, upend the piece, then add (by brush or tiny nozzle) some glue that dries clear to the gaps that are just under your branches, after that sprinkle your finely chopped moss on your piece and finally turn your piece back around, tapping to get all the excess/unattached bits of moss off. If I am thinking correctly, it would look like the green of the tree poking out, just under the “blanket” of snow. Feel free to find the idea silly. Now that I’ve typed it in, it sounds a bit ridiculous to me. Oh well, that is what makes crafting so much fun 😄 tfs your time & talents! I am in search of paint stirrers, so I can try my hand at a few of them.

I think DIY #4 turned out really great! In fact, you could even weave a small gingham ribbon along the bottom where the “gaps” are under the tree!

Going Modern or Scandinavian from farmhouse or vintage is really hard to do! It is hard to not over embellish the pure clean lines of these looks. I love the stick ends Tree without the topper or just a simple wood star. You do great jobs. Loved the vid!

I think with tree #4, instead of putting the moss at the top, you could have put it at the bottom and maybe put the MERRY on top of it? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Crafting is all just experimenting. They all turned out great. Edit: with mistakes, my Mom says *finished is better than perfect*

I probably said this on your tower block tree video, but give Star Bond super glue and accelerator a try for your tower block/paint stick/any projects (really!) It's expensive, but totally worth it and a 2 oz. Bottle lasts FOREVER...It dries immediately and to a hard, plastic like substance. They DO NOT come apart unless you beat them with a hammer... It works especially good for things like the 3D tree that you need to move around constantly and you don't want it to fall apart...

20:54 I really like that chunky plaque for the base. Unfortunately the Dollar Tree where I live isn’t very well stocked, so they don’t have those. Luckily I’ve had the insight(or hoarding tendency) to collect all different sizes if scrap wood from my husband’s projects. 😂

Very nice projects. Maybe some tips on cutting & tools. I like the tree with the moss, but fuller. Spanish moss would be perfect. I used gold glitter garland, for a miniature village, as a wreath. I would like to add lights. What would you suggest..? Drilling holes...?

Love your crafts. Take the green moss of if you don’t like. Use that silver fern you have lying by it. For whatever blooper/s, you made in the trees on the planks; you make awesome and beautiful crafts on the 100 ones you did before. Don’t put yourself down.
