Hey lady! Omg, how magical to spend Xmas at Hogwarts! You’ll have a blast! That trunk looks phenomenal! I’m so bummed it sold out. When my hubby asked me what I wanted for Xmas, I was like “the Nordic trunk” but, we were too late 😅. I loooove the way the sweater looks! It looks like much nicer quality than a spirit jersey. This was an amazing deal! :)

I ordered the two case set without the extra goodies for $140. It was pictured with the letter, but the letter is no longer offered. This was November-December 2022. No trunk emoji!

Hi Annette! Are you in America? Cause I just looked, and the two-trunk set has a page that comes up to personalize the letter. Did you fill that out? If so, they might have forgotten to put it in your trunk. However, I did notice that the large Hogwarts trunks that used to only come with the letter now don’t offer it.

Hello! This video popped up on my feed and I decided to check it out..i've been thinking about asking my parents for this trunk for Christmas, but I couldn't figure out for the life of me on how to personalize the trunk with different things. Im a Hufflepuff, so I was thinking about getting the Hufflepuff personalized trunk, but I couldn't figure out how to customize it on the app, such as the best trunk size or how to change the wand or the size of the robe, things like that...If it wouldnt be so much trouble, I would be nice if you could walk me through it! 💛🖤🦡 Love from Hufflepuff!
