Christmas market in Haarlem, the Netherlands. A wonderful event when the entire city center is transformed into a shopping area with a variety of goods, delicious street food and Christmas music. It’s a shame that the camera can’t convey the smells😁 The smell in this square was very tasty.

I lived in Driebergen, Netherlands from 1966 through 1969. I was a teenager then, but I loved all the architecture of the old churches and shops I saw in every city and town I visited. These Christmas Market videos bring back a lot of memories and I wish I could move over there from the U.S., but I am an old man now and disabled so, I guess the best way to see The Netherlands now is to watch videos like this. Thank you for awakening memories from long ago.

Wow, the Haarlem Christmas Market looks absolutely enchanting! I can only imagine how incredible it must be to stroll through the city center, surrounded by festive decorations and the smell of delicious street food. I wish I could experience it in person.
