This build could also easily be used for the new Sims 4 For Rent pack! (Just remove a counter and add a stove, as they are not permitted in university housing.)

This is a contribution to the 7th edition of the ongoing #shedfordhollowsave!
For this round, we filled Britechester & Del Sol Valley with limited pack builds & families by many great CAS and lot builders. This is the 7th edition of what will ultimately be a huge, full-game save file! This save with the first 6 rounds is available at the link below!
