Another tip, you can move past larger fish through their bodies without the game registering it as a hit. The hooks will only register a hit if you are near the mouth. I also found myself to fall deeper if I stay to the side if I don't have a latern active.

Thanks for the video! I have a couple questions tho, how do you know which fish are rare when you decent, what fish do you need to get the village skins?
usually, the deeper you fish the rarer the fish are, usually they also shine differently from the others (that's as far as I know). and to get permanent skin, it seems there are no special requirements, the important thing is that the number of fish you catch meets the number of requirements to get permanent skin.
Just want to ask if current season will instantly go to next season without a time period, I still haven't used the Horn of Poseidon frosty prospector, It would be a waste if i just saved them for nothing, I dont see in the calendar there is next cuz its looks like it is the end of current season
When does the fishing tournament end permanently? Is it in the game forever or not please? I'm currently grinding as I have around 100 fish found in the guide already.
