LIah i know that ive said this 100x but im going to say it again, im so proud of you for being brave and starting krave. i have really reactionary, acne prone skin and every active i tried only irritated my skin. Kale-lalu-yaha has been a game changer for my skin. I never thought i would find an active that suits me so well. Please keep doing what your doing :)

Going on a cruise in a few months. My skin will have to deal with chlorine, sea salt, sun and air conditioning all at once. Any suggestions for how to keep my skin calm during that week? Any recommendations for skincare and bodycare would be appreciated, especially since my skin is acne and eczema prone. My Krave products are going of course.

I've been fasting since I was 12 (family traditions) and I was born with a really bad kidney but omg fasting does wonders to my body it makes me so healthy and my kidney gets better and better with fasting and i barley see my Dr for checkups
