Yasunori Nishiki is so good at what he does. The Octopath games rank #2 on my Favourite franchise OST. and #1 is another franchise with Yasunori Nishiki as a composer. It's hard to believe he can make some of the most beautiful VG music and make the hypest boss music one can experience... also, 0:36 - 1:01 is so GOOD. that chord progression is so melancholic. They better make a Break Version of this in their new Break Boost Beyond album.

I saw the title and instantly thought of Flamesgrace (Flame + Church... makes sense, right?). I even thought that the theme had a similar vibe to Flamesgrace's and then at 1:14 I hear the beautiful Flamesgrace theme kick in ^o^ Definitely surprised me but in a very good way. Not only is the Flamesgrace theme very beautiful, it's also probably one of your most nostalgic covers for me... Octopath Covers are always a joy and I'm looking forward to the Forest Maze Cover c. (If my prediction is wrong this comment will look very stupid)

Yeah this is the only theme in the game that has such a connection to an Octopath 1 theme, really good theme
