20:17 mark white's inbound play off lead officials left arm. The appropriate position of the ball on this play should have been in the officials left hand keeping it away from the in bounder and facing the court not having his back towards the court. After communicating with the in bounder with better positioning he then should transfer the ball from the left to the right. Better yet he should be stepping away to his left and better off bouncing the ball to the player and he would always be clear of the in bounder. I always asked and advise the player verbally what the situation is and what I am going to do so he/she is always ready to receive the ball. If the player responds back to me that they are not ready for whatever reason I do put them in harm's way to embarrass them or muff the transfer to them. Very unfortunate situation.
Does the lead on the block/ charge play not have his half of the key and therefore center has the half where the play happened? Yes it’s the secondary defender but still in C’s area🤷♂️
YOU MAKE THE CALL: SHE WAS LATE ESTABLISHING LEGAL GUARDING POSITION, Block… Lead needed the whistle with better positioning… Great plays & great video!!
@@Kurteous100 he passed on it because he thought it was the C's call to begin with... How do I know that you ask?.. Because I'm the C.. And we talked about it at the next deadball.. He's fairly new to 3 man.. it was just like Greg said.. Very close 50/50 call, either way a whistle had to be put on it and I did...
@@kellyheafner6425 well, you were there and good learning for the new guy, he now knows that he was in position to take the secondary defender. After watching the replay twice I believe it is a block but initial reaction was charge on first look and that is all we get. I believe I would have called a PC in real time also.
