This USA team is literally a dream team.

Allyson Felix is a living legend. Running with such speed and vigor at 35 and for a woman is amazingly phenomenal. She is truly inspirational. I would gladly model my daughter around her! Congratulations to the USA Quartet.

I like how excited the Pols are at winning silver. They ran a great race against an extremely strong US tean.

Athing Mu is pure talent... the future queen of 400 & 800 meters

The great Allison Felix at the end of her career and Athing Mu at the beginning of her's on the same team. The baton has been passed metaphorically as well.

When I saw the line-up, I should have just turned off my TV. The win was inevitable. The U.S.A. have astounding 400m runners on the women's side. A shame Felix will be leaving us soon. She's a legend in the sport of athletics in so many ways.

Seeing Felix and McLaughlin on the same relay team is so awesome. It's the ending of one dynasty but the beginning of another.

This American 4x400 dream team should have challenged the WR. Sydney looks stunning in her loose afro curls, dalilah's gorgeous long hair, Athing's infectious smile and the legendary allyson. What a joy to watch them all run together as one.

I really think a team of Sydney McLaughlin, Abby Steiner, Britton Wilson and Athing Mu have a chance at the WR this summer.

it's just crazy, Athing Mu looks like she's just at the park lightly jogging, putting no effort into it at all, but she's actually absolutely booking it, she makes it look like it's nothing, she just keeps getting further and further ahead with every stride, it's sweet to watch,,

The Poles lost by 4 seconds and screamed like they just broke the WR, snd the USA team barely even smiled after shattering the field. Absolute two different worlds in terms of T&F history and expectations.

I look at this race often. Spectacular! It was absolute poetry in motion. The USA ran entirely on another level. The distance between them and rest of the runners was just shear talent. Congratulations ladies and to all the other medal winners.

Wish if Allyson Felix anchored to end her legendary Olympic journey with a golden finish. We are so lucky to witness her greatness, she's The GOAT. Love from Sri Lanka.

Can’t believe that the track coaches didn’t put Alyson Felix on the third leg to pass the baton literally and figuratively to Athing Mu. In three years, barring injury or a loss of form, Athing Mu should be the first athlete ( male or female) to win the 400-800 Olympic double since Al J. in 1976.

When I saw the names Sydney McLaughlin and Dalila Muhammad in the US Team, and with Allyson Felix and Athing Mo also on the list, I didn't hesitate a bit to "give" them the gold medals. Won convincingly.

I remembered watching felix anchoring the relays in rio 2016 when the commentator said " its one thing to catch her but its another thing to pass her".

These are the splits for team USA: - 49.96 - 1:39.54 (49.58) - 2:28.51 (48.97) - 3:16.85 (48.34) The opening leg by Sydney McLaughlin was already really fast but they got faster and faster with each leg. Incredible!
