🏖️Summer Vibes Decks🌞 

Yeah, summer SAD is tough on that extra front due to people thinking it's weird. I don't mind being the vampy girl as that's kind of my thing and have always actively covered up/kept out of the sun as much as possible. My main problem with summer, especially over time, is due to my light/heat sensitivity and my pain and fatigue being exacerbated in hot weather (I'm better in dry heat but London is more humid than a sauna in Hell). By August I am just living in this too bright, too hot, too humid sensory nightmare and my pain and exhaustion levels are usually through the roof. I guess that's enough to make anyone miserable. People always make fun of me but when I explain how/why I struggle, they usually at least 'get' it a tiny bit. Solidarity my summer SAD compatriate!
