You could probably swap out the hardware on the brown bedroom furniture to black & it would update it quite a bit. Just a thought for the future. You are a painting machine Kelly! I'm cheering you on through all of i🐛🦋

It’s really coming together. You were concerned that you were getting too much white. Don’t be, I watch another creator and everything (walls, furniture, dishes etc) is white and she gets the color from her decor. Her home looks so beautiful and clean. Can’t wait until everything is done and your family is living in your new home. Regarding the countertops, I would go with something light. You already know what a darker color in the space looks like. Rae is so happy to get her room. So happy for you guys. I’m enjoying taking this journey with you. 🦋
We have these bunks for our girls. You can actually swap the head and footboard so they are the same height! That’s what you’re supposed to do when you turn them two separate beds. Especially if you don’t intend to use them as bunks again! This is really looking great! Can’t wait to see the finished product!
I just found your channel, I live in a single wide 1986 oakwood single wide, I've lived here for 16 years. It is an ongoing project. I have learned so much about diy projects. Installing subfloors, toilets, new to me bathroom sinks etc, etc, and more etc. It has been a journey, and I can't say I have enjoyed it all the time. What I do enjoy is the finished outcome. I love the light gray blue for the cabinets especially if you’re planning on integrating blue into your Decour. I just think it would be so cute and there’s so much you could do with that color.
if you run into more stripped screws.....try a rubber band.....a wider rubber band between the screw and your screw gun bit will help it grip and works great at least 95% of the time unless the screw is completely stripped with nothing to grip to at all.....hope that helps!
Go with a darker kitchen cabinet combination (with the acrylic paints) if you’re painting the walls white and the cabinets will stay white! Can’t wait to see it!!! I live in a mobile home myself and want to do my countertops like you, but I’m scared! 😂
Loving how its looking and your not even all the way done yet... I think the kitchen counters should be a little on the darker side so its not to much white... And i think you should change all the door knobs black and along with the hardware in the kitchen... But overall its looking amazing... Really enjoyed watching... 👍👍👍👍👍🦋
The boys bedroom with the two beds in there when we had beds like that with a ton of space under we got long storage totes that could slide in and out from under the bed and we put all of the toys in those. It saves a ton of space. Everything is looking great.
I have a friend who lives in a mobile home, she took the wall strips down, muddied them then painted. It may her walls look great. :) I love you positive energy.

I know your on a tight budget but Amazon has really affordable lighting, you should swap out all the ceiling lights for maybe semi flush mount lights and maybe the bathrooms you can update the light fixtures too😉 just painting and changing light switches, plug in covers and vent covers elevate a home 👍🏼😉❤️🇨🇦 your doing an amazing job and I’m very proud of you 🦋

I love stark white walls. My favorite is the color combination of black and white. My house is white walls and ceilings and matte black accents throughout with lots of green from plants. I know some people feel it looks “cold” but I personally love plain white walls

I would paint your cabinets in your bathroom the gray. As for the counter tops go with a light color if you do gray in the bathrooms and the kitchen since the cabinets are white I would go with a darker color. Maybe to do something a little different with the furniture you plan to not paint you can swap hardware to change things up.

You are doing a fantastic job with the house refresh. 😊💕 I like your idea of painting the bathroom vanity a pastel color. The matching wall storage unit should be painted the same color. All counter tops should look basically white. White kitchens on video have such a clean and happy look. I always add color with my accessories. The countertops you did at your mom's house are awesome. I think if you go with dark counter tops you will get tired of it soon and limit your decor. Also that much of a dark color puts me in a dark mood. When I want to change colors all I need to do is replace accent colors like throw pillows, bed spreads, shower curtains, etc. Well that's my opinion. 🥰😊 I have followed your channel for years and I know you will do an awesome job. Light counters! Then you can do whatever you want and won’t have to worry about getting sick of it. Are you going to have to move all this furniture again when you have the floors done?? I’m living for this renovation! 😂
