Thanks for watching. FYI These are mountain wild dogs which eat raw meat, not your typical home dog. We treat him very well, and bring him to the beach. Bird is still a baby, so we had to leave her in the cage. Also she gets to fly around within the house. Where are you from? (I am assuming not Asia? )

I would say more people speaks English in Taiwan than Japan, but you can't compare Taiwan with Singapore or other south east country like the Philippines. It depends on what level you are talking about. My husband couldn't read or speak any Chinese, and he was able to travel Taiwan by himself for a week. His major transportation was taking trains, metros and taxi back then.You can look up other RU-vidrs that Taiwan welcomes foreign tourists very much, and the government is promoting tourism, and emphasizing on English education. In general, I think it would be pretty easy to venture Taiwan in ease! If it's your first time visiting, I would recommend visiting Taipei!
