This is a builder grade home but the price justifies these options. I'm currently having a 2108 sq ft high end home build on MY LAND for $339K so this is a deal for what you get.

There is better homes with other builders. This layout is terrible but more horrible are the taxes in Marion County. All these homes and apartments been built at the same time is becoming a nightmare in Ocala.b
@@Maryerealtor$1,900. You realtors when are selling homes don't take the time to research property taxes and that's not good for your clients. When you purchase a home you need to research who is the electric power company, internet carriers and specially insurance companies. There is only A FEW in Florida and the policies DOUBLE in the last 2 years. The power company in Marion Oaks area SECO increased their monthly bills twice this year only.
You are correct it is very cheap. Low grade carpet every where, cheap wire shelves in the closets, no crown molding, heck not even molding around the windows. Formica and inexpensive sinks and faucets, not to mention no tile baths, tub and shower inserts. I guess the over pricing of Florida homes is a reality.
