I remember from my childhood hearing a Hadith where the Holy Prophet told the Sahaba that in the distant future there will come Muslims who will be greater in Allah’s esteem than the Sahaba themselves. When the Sahaba asked how could that be so, he replied that “They would not have met me, and yet their iman will be as strong as yours!” A revert is not only like a sinless innocent newborn, he/she is worthy of our greatest respect and love! May Allah protect you and continue to illuminate your path! May he make you the lamp that banishes the darkness of its surroundings! Inshallah!

if I'm honest...because well brought up, like the white man is; raised to be the best they can, becoming Muslim is probably the most natural thing in the world for them. Sadly, majority of so called born muslims can't even get the basics right ,for instance telling the truth. The most fundamental root is truth in Islam. As he so eloquently puts...be the perfected you. It's not about the dress, or the name or the culture...just the heart and the brain.

Quite embarrassing. During early Islam a Christian King accepted Muslim refugees and he respected Islam. It’s sad not all Christians act like this. But it’s also sad that not all the Muslims follow the Prophet ﷺ indefinitely.

Well religion is man made and his parents probably might take offence if they feel he is going against how they raised him. Like I'm not religious and have arguments with my parents when I say religion is man made and give evidence and they get angry.

@Shahid Muzammil I reside in the U.S.. Thank you kindly for the offer, however, I'm a very private person. I enjoy these vignettes because in the beginning I thought I was the only "heretic". For me, I just could not reconcile the Trinity being one, concept. On the premise that I must be in error I spent almost two years trying to find the fallacy in Islam. To prove it wrong, because I didn't wish to be out of step with my family and culture. The exact opposite happened. The more I learned the more solid the belief became. It just made sense. It's comforting to know I'm not alone traveling on The Straight Path. The path of those who go not astray. Thanks

The difference between christianity and Islam and Judaism is that christianity is more influenced by gnosticism, where Jews and Muslims will say that God rules over the earth and has control and is the only and one whole and true god, christianity will say earth is in the grip of evil (Satan) and only through jesus can we be saved from our sins because he is part of divinity sent to earth to show the way from evil to the kingdom of heaven. gnostics say that the earth is in the grip of evil and the god responsible is an imitation of the creator that has us trapped in an imperfect universe and that prophets are divine sparks trying to awaken our spirits.
