Panic attacks are the absolute worst. It’s such an indescribable feeling. Most of the time I end up in the ER because I can’t calm myself down. It’s awful. I hope you’re feeling better. Thinking of you💜

I’m glad you feel like opening up to us. We love you Jo, and I’m sorry you’ve had to endure such crippling anxiety. We are always here for you. ❤ I know I use artwork as a coping mechanism for my issues. I’ve been going through something similar lately. Don’t want to do anything but be alone and distract myself by watching videos so I don’t have to listen to my intrusive thoughts. Just functioning is exhausting, much less finding the motivation to do anything. Bless you, and I know you can overcome this. All things are possible through God who strengthens you.🙏🏼🥰

You don’t owe anyone an explanation but I appreciate you speaking out about your anxiety. I struggle with it too. Even though I know others struggle with it, it’s always helpful to hear others speak out. Makes me feel “I’m not alone.” Hope that makes sense.
