I love walking in nature....I'm too scared to go alone anymore though. It makes me so sad because it's so relaxing for me. If only the world wasn't so damn dangerous.

I have depression and anxiety. I lay down on my bed and listen to this sound. This is so relaxing. I can imagine I walk alone in the middle of the forest to escape from my problem. Thanks, it's make me more calm and I'm feel better now
Ferns are my favorite type of plant, especially the type at 3:25. I planted that variety in my backyard. My cat loves to sleep in the ferns during the summer - keeps her cool and well hidden.
This gave me that fuzzy feeling inside. The beauty and diversity of life never ceases to amaze me. This would also make an excellent virtual reality video.

i miss the forests near my childhood home. i can’t go back to my old home, just like i can’t go back to my childhood and live it all over again. it makes me so incredibly sad. i feel disconnected from my favorite places, and afraid that they aren’t there anymore. i feel relieved to have escaped my family, but devastated that i left the forests behind. i live in a busy, loud city now. the forests are long gone and i feel aimless and empty. this video brings up complicated memories and feelings, but it comforts me regardless

This reminds me of the walks i did before covid i feel relaxed and i love the natural sounds! my walks are around 30mins and im surprised i stopped after 30mins XD I'll come back to relax to this ^^ Thank you for the video!

As a person who lives in Dubai with virtually no natural greenery, this really does soothe my brain and I truly hope to have the privilege of walking through a forest like this one day.
Surrounded by updates on the Heroes Act and numerous other proposals, none of which seems very positive, this is what anyone would need, a nice quiet walk in the woods to allow one to calm down, get rid of stress, and just enjoy the scenery. I thank you for this priceless gift to everyone in this troubled, stressful world. :)

Great video! I’d really love to see a video like this in more of an alpine type forest. If anyone knows of one then please direct me there. Overall whilst I’m having to work 7 day’s a week in office settings on boring sales strategies this is such a nice escape. People were never meant to be locked inside
I'd love to be able to enjoy nature walks like this. Its just the type of atmosphere I need most of the time. The problem is my phobia of bugs has me in flight-mode the second I step a foot outside. So, that keeps me from enjoy the atmosphere I desperatly need nowadays.
I love forest walk videos, especially since I live under very isolated circumstances with limited mobility. One of the things I like about your videos, is that you stop occasionally and focus on details of the surroundings This is exactly what I would be doing if I were there. I also like the fact that you let the forest do the talking. Keep up the great work!

Do you mind sharing what state this is? It's so pretty. I miss the forest. I live in AZ, hot & desert but 2 hours north you're in the forest, mostly oak & pine. When I was a child my family had a cabin & all of my summers were in that forest. I miss it so much. My daughter went to college not too far from that location (NAU) & I'd often drive through and smell the smells, it fed my soul. But as a lone woman I never felt safe parking on the highway to go for a stroll or wade in the creek. Definitely no cell service! And evidently I felt the need to write a book in the comment section!!
I have been looking for a video like this for a long time. All others I have seen they talk and include themselves in the video to much. I am walking with this in a room on a treadmill, wishing I was here in the woods. This video is perfect.
