🐾DNKY FOOD RECIPE🐾
INGREDIENTS
🐾2 spoon. Olive oil
🐾1500gr Minced meat (turkey, chicken)
🐾7-8 Cups of vegetables (Spinach, Green beans)
🐾4-5 Carrots
🐾1 tspoon. Turmeric
🐾1 tSpoon. Mustard
🐾1 tspoon. Salt
🐾1800mg Calcium
🐾500ml Water
🐾250mg Brown Rice
Put everything in the pressure cooker and programmed 20 min.
I cook the rice separately and then I mix it all together.
