It's Diane in Rhode Island again. At the end of that short video with the little white dog, there's a woman holding the dog and she is standing in front of a big sign and all I could make out was. Diane, I hope someone has the answers for you. I tried searching RU-vid for the Ear County Animal Society, nothing came up. Then searched for little white dog with 3 legs. A bunch of dogs with 3 legs videos came up, but couldn't find one about the dog you're looking for. Maybe the right person will see your comment & respond. Good luck. :)
