This is not hate I'm just going to say that in Naruto, the 4th Hokage died and the entire village believed it was Naruto's fault. Let's be honest here. If you grew up with your parents telling you to stay away from a single kid because he was a monster, would you really do anything different? It's easy to see that Naruto is not a monster as outsiders looking in but as characters in the story it is less obvious. You can't really blame anyone but the 3rd Hokage for Naruto's alleged malnutrition because the villagers had good reason to assume Naruto was to blame for Minato's death which Hiruzen Knew to be false. As the Hokage, he could easily have clarified that Naruto was not a monster and hence had nothing to do with the attack on Konoha which he did not do, despite promising Minato and Kushina that he would look after Naruto. I mean, Naruto grew up poor and deprived and the only person there is to blame for that is Hiruzen Sarutobi.
