Dan’s argument here for City makes no sense. The reason why they were able to get in the position to have the greatest roster in football today is because they cheated. Dan said Arsenal spent more money than City in the past 5 years. Yes……that we know of. We also know that Mancini got double in “consulting fees” over a weekend ($1.75m) than what he was paid as a salary at city ($1.25m). That’s just one coach, can you imagine the hundreds of millions, potentially billions of dollars they spent illegally? If Abu Dhabi came in like Abramovich and just spent a shit ton of money, City would have still won some trophies and recruited good players. But because they’re cheaters, not only did they come in with a shit ton of money, they also spent even more money illegally to recruit players, coaches and trainers. So without that illegal spending there would be no team built that was good enough to win trebles, 100 point seasons, CL, etc. It’s all phony and should be stripped.

@@GermanChickenwingNo but it does allow city to have a squad full of internationals which means they can amass mental points totals so if a team does lose one game in the run in they don't win the league. Before city's state funded financial doping even the best teams only had 14 good players & then academy players made up the rest of their squads which meant they lost some games throughout the season due to fatigue, suspensions & injuries. This is why the invincibles season was so special. All these man city fans crying because they don't get any respect for what the club achieves will have been the same people who complained about Blackburn being financially doped by Jack walker which allowed them to win things they didn't earn. Anyone can win a game with all of the cheat codes turned on so no you don't get any respect for doing it.

Stop with the excuses, Real Madrid got financially doped by the Spanish royal family during the 50s and crushed all competition and winning the EC(CL of today) five times in a row. No one talks about that now because no one cares, the only thing people remember is the trophies won and in 50 years no one will care about how city was given money to win it. Accept the situation for what it is, City has won not because they bribed referees but because they have the best manager and players on the field and in 50 years no one will care how much money they pumped into the club. People will only see the trophy’s.

@@babansif What a cynical attitude to sport & fairness you have. Unlike you many people still care about sporting integrity. It's clear to everyone that city's owners have spent far more than the club earned itself to achieve their success which is the definition of financial doping & that won't be forgotten just like the Boston black socks or juve's match fixing scandals won't be forgotten. As I've said man city fans will take umbridge with this but those are the facts. They are desperate for other fans to respect their achievements but no club their size could have built a team capable of this level of sustained success without it being bankrolled by a sportswashing project that had no interest in balancing the books & that has given them a massive advantage over all of their competitors who need to balance their books & this is why all of their achievements are meaningless & not worthy of praise. Anyone can win at a game if they've got all the cheat modes switched on & they're competing against others who don't have cheat modes switched on. I'm sure man city fans felt exactly the same as everyone else about Blackburn when they were being financially doped by Jack Walker. No one respected their achievements & nor should they.

Lee 7/10 Judges, Arsenal did everything they could in the summer transfer window to close the gap on City, right? Arsenal totally maxed out every fiber of their financial capacity to stay competitive, right? You gave the transfer window a 7/10, right? That means there were 3 points worth of improvement that we missed out on, right? We have no one to blame but the club for this vicious cycle of mediocrity.

Mr Judges i respect you as an old school arsenal fan that has seen this club in its glory days winning titles. I beg you sir don't lower your standards by criticizing Mancity bcuz they're winning titles, instead take that energy and focus it on arsenal lack of ambition not wanting to to win trophies. If they cheated they cheated! If citeh cheated then they didn’t really win. I’ll take all those trophies. The pts deductions should go to the years they cheated and if that means we end up with more pts then we were the real winners. That is winning fair and square. Neither of what these 2 are saying makes any sense. I am starting to just need a break from the Arsenal YTbers. It’s a punishment for cheating. It is supposed to be harsh. That’s the fucking point of punishment. So it deters others from doing it! Imagine getting caught cheating and still keeping your trophies. That’s mad af.
