I just picked mine up yesterday. Same color as this one but not convertible. It's a 04 and has 56k. Such a beauty!!! 😍😍😍

the crossfire is based on the Mercedes-Benz SLK 320 R170. And so is the engine. They designed a new dress outside as well as inside, but used a lot of Mercedes Details like knobs and so on and of course the complete technical structure is carried over. It was in the area of Daimler Chrysler. Built in germany (Karmann in Osnabrück).

Laura, the only U.S. authorized keymaker is on this link. bit.ly/2Gy2oYa They will need your year, VIN and mileage. The charge is only $199.95. Maybe they can direct you, Good luck. I have a 2005 Limited roadster and love the car.

Parts? Well, they don't make them anymore. And my experience has been that neither Mercedes, nor Chrysler, nor Fiat who owns Chrysler now we're much help. Best to remember that the Mercedes parts used came from a previous Mercedes car. A local independent found me new headlights for "only" $1,000 each. Car is a joy to drive. Will be costly to keep up.

I've lost my keys and can't find a locksmith to do it for a start, then the car would just stop while driving, I need a mechanic who knows what he's doing and enjoys it.
