I recently ended a situationship where he made me feel like the 3rd party, even though I was with him for a year before they met (at least as far as I knew). I forget, but I never forget. Everyone's situation is different, but if your person has been involved, be careful about making them prove themselves when you have doubts. It's always important to address issues, but too many insecurities is a 3rd party energy all on its own that could cause unrepairable damage that becomes too exhausting to want to fix. When you forgive, make it once and never let those insecurities sneak back in about the situation ❤
