Infinity trail can be good too for cosmic skin too. sometime you get one or more cosmic skin on infinity trail but this too is also luck based as well.(best to use drop potions as well)

The higher the rarity the better, and the lowest u should go is mythical

The substats are the randomized so you can just use common gear and 2 astral skins or just 2 of your best skins for the affix
