You got a pack some snacks you gotta pack a drink even if it was even if it was just some fruits and vegetables that you could snack on between stores. I don’t know what distortion you see in the mirror and I’m not picking on it because I have it myself, I went from 310 to 171 and I am still dropping because of the cancer when they take the tumor out of my throat on the 28th. I won’t be able to talk for at least four weeks now and I’ll be on a liquid diet, so yeah, I’m gonna lose more but they’re freaking out about me losing too much which will affect the way I heal. I don’t want you to get sick. You know I’m old enough to be your mother and I know I’m not your mother but when I say it, I say it with love because I care about you you work your butt off for us but you have to take care of yourself. That is my birthday wish for you like this year you will take care of yourselfplease.
