Love the vintage touch! Vintage Halloween and Christmas decor are my favorite. So glad I’m not the only one who has not watched harry potter. I grew up not celebrating holidays because we were Jehovah’s Witness. When I moved out of the house, I started celebrating all of the holidays. I get so excited for Halloween, Thanksgiving, and DEFINITELY Christmas! I get so sad when Christmas is over because it goes by so fast!

Was so happy see you posted. I use to decorate for Halloween but my grand children have moved to another state and where I live there is only one or two trick or treaters . I miss seeing the kids and how excited they are. When I was young you didn’t buy costumes you just made up costumes and that was so fun seeing what kids put together.

Adorable. For years I decorated for Halloween. We had 7 kids who are now all grown. Before we moved I decorated for all my grandkids (24 to date). Now that we are an hour away no one comes over for Halloween. One of my sons does the family Halloween party. My husband and I still dress up for the event.

Oh I mix fall and Halloween every year! I started today as well and the spooky music on RU-vid was the first thing to get my mood going. I have bats that I place around my walls that I love to do every year. My friends think I’m “batty” for doing it! LOL, yes I did just type that!😂 Thank you for your decorating inspiration Lauren! I was always a princess for Halloween.

Love your Fall-O-Ween decor, i love the Boo banner... i have been collecting vintage Halloween items from the 40's... so my living room is Vintage Halloween. My dining room is a spooky pumpkin patch... my kitchen is a witches kitchen... My dad always dressed up to pass out candy and our neighborhood always did a Halloween party the weekend before, bobbing apples, pin the tail on the donkey and other games, treats and candy... hotel transylvania movies are super cute... I'm 52, my daughter who has moved out loved the Halloween town movies, my son is a Great pumpkin kid, my husband loves the nightmare before Christmas, myself I love the classics, universal monster movies from the 1930's...

I absolutely adore those ornaments! They are very precious and sweet. Halloween has always been my favorite holiday (yes even over Christmas) because my mom loved it so and would go full steam with decorations and she always made chocolate candies for trick or treaters. I laugh now because I used to complain that I always "had" to have homemade costumes. My mom or grandma would make the most wonderful costumes (I always insisted on being scary, even when I was 4) and people would rave about them. When my parents helped at our church Halloween festival, they had a haunted house I went through when I was 5 and fell in love with them. A tradition we kept until my mom passed was going to haunted houses every year. Sorry for the ramble, could go on forever but those are some of the traditions I remember most.

So fun!!! Enjoy Harry Potter. We all read the books as they came out. I have 4 kids so we had to buy a couple so we could keep up. Some of the best dinner conversations around our table was discussing books we were all reading!

I live in Texas so I generally don’t decorate for fall until mid to late September. Beginning of September it is still too hot to consider anything fall-ish. My decor is all vintage Halloween. I love finding new items to add to my collection. This year, I made a garland for my fireplace by adding some orange wire ribbon to a black and white checkered and burlap garland I found at Hobby Lobby. I added some of those vintage wood pieces that I found on Temu. The whole thing turned out adorable and is my favorite decorated area this fall. And I get zero trick or treaters because I live in the country but I still love decorating for Halloween!

This year I decorated for fall in the middle of July. I know it sounds crazy but I hate summer so much and I struggle every year with it. Today was 100 and tomorrow is supposed to be to be 102. It’s been super hot since may and it feels like summer weather will never end. 😩

I love it all!Being Catholic I can’t bring myself to do anything with magic or the really gory stuff and my son isn’t into it so I am pretty much doing all the fun traditional basic decor .I do have a witch hat and boots but I guess I’m going to pretend they are good witches .I love the books with the classic cute decor .I l❤VE the music and video Lauren !Always awesome !!!

Love the vintage Halloween decor. We had these little “clackers” that you twirled and the little balls on the strings would hit the drum on a stick. Everyone used these while trick or treating. Popcorn balls were a big hit ❤

Oh so cute. I started decorating today for Halloween but doing I guess more Falloween for the first time. Have always gone all.out for Halloween but slowing down in my senior years. I loved my fall.mantel too and will use the base for Thanksgiving. Have a collection of witches and ghost so the house is a mix of that. Won't be doing outdoors as not many kids in our area anymore and grandkids won't be coming over. I loved loved the Costume parade at my parochial school. We always had a great time with party and food and then the parade. My grandmother was a seamstress so we had great costumes. I still have one of my favorites she made , a pioneer dress , with matching bonnet and crocheted bag. My daughter even got to wear it one year and hoping my granddaughter will wear it too. Enjoy all your festive decorating. I always went all.out for my kids and now grandkids ( and the kid in my hubby and me😁)!

I so enjoy your content Lauren. I only decorate for Fall and Christmas. My house has been Fall decorated since the end of August. I decorate for Christmas during the last week of October ( inside my house). I decorate the porch for Christmas the week of thanksgiving.

Every year when I went out trick and treat with my mom and sister and brother (the rest were to young or old stayed home there was 8 of use). I went as a gypsy. I loved being a gypsy. I got to wear make-up and wear my mom's long skirt and lots of her costume jewelry !!😊 that was in the 50's.

Love the hanging candles and so much more, the Nostalgic theme. We are going with a Spider web outside along with pumpkins. Our street is shut down for traffic and families walk up and down to Trick or Treat. We visit with our neighbors and enjoy the evening. Boo Lauren 👻🎃👻

I get jealous watching you decorate for Halloween. My children are all grown up now & I dont have any grandkids yet. No more kids in the neighborhood. It makes me miss those days. 😢 I don't remember having such adorable & cute decorations like you have back when I decorated. But I love everything you do. My mom dressed up like a nice witch! She decorated the front porch and served lemonade with 8:30 dry ice in it so it smoked. Everyone loved it. Plus we were thirsty from running all around the neighborhood👻🎃💀🎃👻

Though I no longer do Halloween decor,, love how you did yours. You’ve been boo’d is so much fun. Where I lived before, I woke up to that. It was a small town, block parties etc. it was very fun. I’ve seen some similar on Pinterest for Xmas. I thought it might be fun. Since there are few full time residents. We are coastal. But let’s get that spirit going for us full time residents.

Falloween is my whole house theme lol it’s my two favorite things so I always make it Falloween the kids love when the house is all decorated and me as well! Suggestion: perhaps if you tie the spiders on different places (specifically the ones on the stool/chair). Maybe one on the bottom on the bottom of the stool.. so it will look more like crawling on the stool. Also want to say without any changes, your decorating style is flawless. Love it!

We never did Halloween as kids here in Australia it's just not a holiday many do not where I lived anyway there were hardly any homes decorated, our stores dont even have a large range of decor definitely have more now than when i was a kid but still not a large range ....even now weve lived in this house 14yrs and we had a couple of kids trick or treating the second year we lived here and thats it ,but I luv to vicariously live through videos Like yours it looks so fun and festive 🥰👻🍂

❤Love the decorate with me video.🎃🍁Halloween is my favorite 😍 I started decorating at work..have to keep it friendly , I work at an Animal Hospital..so no black cats.or Rats ,I put up cute JackOLatern twinkling lights to. I will add more Halloween to my Apartment this weekend 🎃🧡💛. My Mom would make my Costume as a child..and I do believe it 😂because I was a bride almost every 🎃 Halloween 🎃, also a Princess and a Witch all made by my Mom. We would go to the T G &Y store across from my school to pick out the Pattern package and Material. This was my favorite store because it had so many different items that didn't cost much. I would save my allowance to go buy something special for me or my family 😊. I loved the Parades and we always had a haunted house and Carnival at school to. I would run hone from school, do my homework and get ready to go treat or treating with my brother and sisters. I can't wait for more videos from you.❤
