Michael Myers has Light up eyes and his hand with the knife moves up and down Art the clown has light up eyes and his arm with the hacksaw moves up and down Leatherface has light up eyes and he lifts up his arms with the chainsaw Chucky has light up eyes and he moves his arm with the knife up and down Annabelle moves her head back and fourth

Yes there are a few stores out there that do still have cackles. He is not restocking for this season. What ever is available is leftover from the 2022 Halloween season

I was kinda upset at first but it sounds like a different voice from the laugh so maybe it's just a announcer announcing the fire breathing. His laugh sounds amazing it gave me chills
