I always splash red and play 2 kroxas in this deck. It finishes the game quickly in the top deck part of the game.

Crafting this deck was absolutely worth it! Big fun AND absurdly competitive (the deck got me to the numbered mythic ranks in BO1). I love your explorer content, please skip standard stuff ;) I played against you a couple of weeks ago. I kept a bad hand and got smashed by your Creativity combo deck :D

Have you considered Cling to Dust? It can be gas in the late game. Really solid as a 1-2 of.

Nice take on this deck. I like a Rankle somewhere in there to force them to draw cards after they run out, but I guess with 4 Sheoldred there isn't room for another 4 drop.

@1:11:24 Pithing Needle silences activated abilities ONLY. Cityscape Leveler is a triggered ability.

Unearth is an activated ability. Needle would've stopped that.

@@dragade101 Oh I agree, I also think naming Karn was better. But I think it's worth clarifying that Needle would've worked against Leveler there.

@@L_O_V_E_L_A_I_N Only in part. When casting the Pithing Needle, we didnt know that Cityscape was in their deck. So their top deck of a Cityscape would removing a Pithing Needle (if the opponent wanted to target the Needle). Thus to name Cityscape with Pithing Needle is an extremely speculative and niche circumstance.

@@dragade101 Yes. I know. Please stop arguing against a point I've never made. The only reason I posted was because your initial statement about Pithing Needle not working against Cityscape Leveler was imprecise. That's it. I did not claim that it would've been the correct play, whether at the time or in hindsight, and I'm still not claiming that.

About that first opponent... the only assumption one should make about a high mythic rank, is that they have a lot of free time in their hands. People just pick up a linear / aggresive deck with extremely polarized matchups and just ride it into oblivion. They don't actually have to be good, especially nowhere close to your level...
