Fun fact, irl the amraam is pretty much always placed at the wingtip, with the aim9 under wing, this is because it reduces wing flutter. Here's from a guy from Lockhead "The F-16 is able to carry different missiles on multiple stations at the same time, such as the AIM-120 and AIM-9. Because of that capability, the AIM-120 is positioned on the wingtip to reduce wing flutter, while still ensuring mission performance." Looks weird to see an aim 9 in the wingtip. Cheers!

Yea if you look at the F-16 bomber intercept you can see the F-16 has an AMRAAM on its wings and a 9X under its wingtip

Hello , I would like to ask what kind of controlers you are using in SIM? Im using Mouse + Keyboard but Im planing to buy Flight contolers and head view tracking. ( Im tired of mouse , I cant lock in Sims properly by using HMS mode so in any cases im just using nose or radar locking system , but when comes situations when I need to lock qiucly enemy in dogfight I often lost control and often im being lost in locking enemy By HMS .. anyway those problems are up to future me )So if you have some recomendations I would be grateful. Anyway thx for nice vids in SIMs , I appreciate your work.

Hi, well I use an old Ps4 controller to fly in simulator, I have some weird key combinations but I also compensate the lack of buttons using the keyboard (for keys I don't use much) and the mouse (for the POD camera in CAS)... but of course a joystick would be a big change and is better than just the mouse. depending on your budget you can find many in the market, but start with something simple and cheap to start is fine... and then you will see if it's worth investing in “head view tracking” or pedals and stuff like that... I have the trustmaster hotas setup, and it's cheap but works. Nothing on it is smooth, and even the throttle can't go beyond 100% so you need to ram it forward to kick on the afterburner. If you don't want to spend a lot of money then the cheaper one will satisfy you, but if you don't mind spending extra you will find a nicer one much more enjoyable.

Wish they would focus on sim more, should have an EC mode for ground and definitely more modern larger maps suitable for sim gameplay and not a few minutes skirmish.. If you're lucky enough to get off spawn ha.

uhm... maybe you have duplicated keys... change the key to lock air to ground missiles or fire secondary weapons and try it, do the same with the flaps...

How drunk this last pantsir should be to miss a plane at 500km/h from 3km range? And the funny thing is this sm3 you killed at the start of last game, managed to launch three of his kh38. So you can easly achieve 3-4 k/d on this plane just by launching all your missiles and instantly die to a first arh missile/powerful ocelot spaa/exceeding top speed and burn like a meteor in atmosphere but I constantly see ussr players who didnt even manage to do 2k/d on this joke of a game balance.

that is the day to day, I have noticed that USSR players are usually not very skilled players, but they usually have the vehicles that stand out in their category compared to the others (S1-Ka52-Kh38.. etc) and that is why they win.

I hate how busted CAS is in top tier sim. Takes all the fun away when a heli like the israeli blackhawk spams all spike missiles at the beginning of the match killing most of your team not even 2 min into the game. I personally wish sim had the spawn rules of realisitc.

I understand you, this has always been happening with the kamov, su25sm, now with the spike, f16 etc... although it is not much of a problem for the S1 to take care of them... but it is still a bit problematic to be able to spam CAS without any restrictions and see how a ka leaves you without team in half a minute :/

I love JDAMs, but on the F-16C USA it's not worth it, you can only carry 2x GBU31 or 4x 500lb JDAMs, unlike the barak which can carry 4x GBU31s, you would have to take away the 6x AMG-65D MAVERIck to put the JDAMs which would be two or 4... and they have less range than the AGM-65 and it's less efficient.
