its not exactly a lack of self confidence, its just i been around long enough to know what im good at, and what im not good at.i rarely volunteer for things im not good at.because someone else can do a better job at it than me.that knowledge comes from many years of experience.
To repeat, to address privacy issues there are 2 possible outcomes: first is conversation, or email even a phone call - direct form of communication, second is claiming it with full explanation how I perceive the situation on corpo level. It’s stupid to step into the chaos if this could be avoided.
