This is a helpful video, but I'm wondering if, when you're talking about engagement rates and social media breaks, are you talking more about Instagram? RU-vid is our main focus right now and we're also on IG but we don't post as much there and our engagement is not very good, especially when compared to RU-vid. I wonder if that would be a turn-off for brands even if we are pitching for RU-vid sponsorships. I'd love to hear your thoughts!
such a good question! Yes, I was mainly thinking of Instagram when speaking about this. I think if you're pitching a RU-vid sponsorship offering a low-cost cross posting option for Instagram might help you make more money but not need to worry as much about Instagram metrics since it's not the primary platform you're collaborating on. I think as long as you're consistently posting on your primary platform (in this case RU-vid) that's what's most important! Hope this helps and thank you for watching 🩷
