Someone in my church said that. MY CHURCH. There was this kid, he was making a drawing of me- i was dead in it. He said life would be better if i were to be gone. Finally told my teacher and she said that he bullies me because he likes me. That was one of the worst lies I’ve ever been told in my life.

At some point, when you've been let down too many times, you'll break down even for the smallest things. Like how in this video, the girl started crying when he told her to wear a different color dress. If the girl had been in a healthy relationship, with someone she actually loves, she probably wouldn't have had to cry for that. But for her, it's another time she tried to make a choice of her own and put a little faith in her husband, and it was another time she was let down.

the first scene is actually pretty relatable, i'm pretty sure almost every girl has been told, " If they're mean that mean's they like you " we were always told that something that negative is positive. It can damage someones whole mind. It's also messed up.
It has seriously messed with me; "Boys who do that like you", "Bullying is a normal part of childhood", and so on. I have problems with my image. I'm scared to find my style because of being looked down on.

“ boys will be boys” was also another thing growing up that I heard from other adults when a child specifically a girl would say that a guy did something or was being inappropriate or childish, most parents don’t teach kids of how to keep it to themselves and they expect teachers to do it, and I know that this is mainly going to be focused on boys but on my rant here this will be focused on girls as well just change the scenarios because most of the time this happens because boys can’t keep it to themselves, of course not all boys are like this these are only a certain amount. Most parents don’t conclude the fact that the saying boys will be boys is basically saying boys can do what they please, and because of that most boys grow up with entitlement, unless of course they have a string of common sense- this often leads to problems in the future so for my advice teach not only boys but girls as well to have manners and to be polite because I know that should be common sense but somehow it just doesn’t get to them.
Some people might say “oh she was overreacting” when he told her he hated the dress she wore but in reality people have got to understand that words can hurt a lot just like how emotional abuse can hurt more than physical abuse.
