The recipe is indeed awesome. I suggest to add 2 tablespoon of Ghee at the stage where the mixture forms a lump to avoid the cake getting chewy in room temperature. The end result is mind blowing.
@@soniaalwani1988 Amul. But remove from flame before it starts changing color and preferably use a mould good in height as the centre will leave a darker shade due to the heat trapped within .
