Hello Rubina..Can you please help us with antioxidant supplements which you use.There are so many brands in market and every company claims we are verified and have this and that.we can't just trust brands just like that.I have personally tried carbamide forte and swisse brand supplements but again not sure of how much it is actually helpful rather than having side effects on long term usage.we will be really glad if you can guide us with some supplements brands u trust.A humble request to you from your subscriber whose skin has improved just because of ur videos..

your fears are very well founded. I get approached for so many supplement collabs which i refuse because idont find thier clinical data is right. The only supplements I can recommend is the ones i have used and that too with consultation with my gp... i will def share a video on the supplements in another month or so after i get blood test done on the effects of the iron gummy that i have been having

Hi Rubina If i am outside and can't wash my hands but have sanitizer...can i sanitize my hands and then use sunscreen? Or will the sanitizer interfere with sunscreen? Or should I just apply it with dirty hands?

sandwich is great if you have sensitive skin and yes it does work.
