The Master of Dimensions isn't Moro actually that Sans is talking about. The Master of Dimensions is an entirely new character to my Indie Cross AU for this Gacha Reaction Series. While you are right that Moro is the big influence and responsible for the events of FNF Indie Cross to start with the portals, barriers, and Nightmare Forms; unfortunately, due to a controversy surrounding Moro, he is no longer the director of FNF Indie Cross and even the big influence as well.
