I am sorry but I couldn’t find out the sheet music arranged by Tomoyuki Hayashi. The publisher is DoReMi Music in Japan. That’s the only info. I can give you now…

Thank you so much for watching! I think this piece is for late intermediate level. But it’s much easier than playing “For Elise” composed by Beethoven ☺️
