I do that open faced bell pepper sandwich hack too! For some reason the yellow bell peppers taste the best to me for the sandwich, but I do the cream cheese, sprinkle everything bagel seasoning, sprinkle with crispy fried onions, folded deli meat, and bacon on the top. I don’t know why it’s so satisfying but I can eat it four days in a row and still not get tired of it. 😊

Today, I had asparagus, portobello mushrooms and the meatless bulgogi with brown rice. It was so good and filling.

Wowie Zowie - she is absolutely the FASTEST TALKING person on any You Tube video in history! Great haul and very comprehensive array of a ton of yummy goodies.......I appreciate knowing the "Awful Truth" about stuff at TJ's that does not taste good - why waste money? Today I bought some Pacific Grove organic carrot tumeric ginger soup at Grocery Outlet that was only $1.99 but tasted ghastly, so bad I had to throw it out - so these tips about what is yummy and what is not good tasting really helps so much!

Buy Dirty Dozen raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries organic. Up to 23 pesticides and fungusides in one strawberry. You central nervous system will thank you.

I will only buy fresh or frozen organic. Unfortunately, freeze dried's a bit harder to find organic.

Thank you for the great video & grocery hauls. ❣️Your store has such a wide array of beautiful plants & flowers. My one & only has a TINY section. 😢 The watermelon cooler definitely had an artificial taste to it. Not to mention the added sugar & “natural flavors.” 🤦‍♀️ I buy two of the avocado ranch salad kits every trip. I actually squeeze a fresh lemon 🍋 over the greens & let it sit for a few minutes before adding everything else. Sometimes I’ll put a teeny tiny avocado 🥑 and/or chicken or salmon on top. Delicious 😋 Yay! You finally got the Amylu chicken burgers. We always have a couple of boxes in the freezer. 😋😋 Let me know what you think of them. The roses 🌹 are BEAUTIFUL! I just lost my mom a week before Christmas. 😢She would’ve loved these. Have a great night. 😍😍💜

What a great idea to squeeze lemon 🍋 beforehand on the cabbage mix! I’ll have to give that a try next time 😋 I finally found the amylu chicken burgers and thought of you so I immediately added it to my cart even though it wasn’t on sale! The Organic Reduced Fat Milk is likely milk from Organic Valley. Typically it's the only milk that does not make me sick.
