I’m so glad these have been helpful even if I haven’t been on point with my budgeting. It’s been a little bit of a struggle lately, but hoping to get back on track with my cash envelopes.

I also keep a sinking fund account, but it's in a separate checking account. I keep track of the buckets in my budget book. When a sinking fund bill comes due, I just send a check and deduct it from the bucket. 🙃

Thanks so much! Since I use the Cash Envelope System, many of my transactions get added to my cash envelope trackers which saves me some space in the expense tracking pages. If I didn't do that, depending on how much activity I have for the month, then I may be cutting it close. I haven't ran out yet though.

Is the petite budget planner and the ring budget planner the same?

They are not! In my opinion, the ring budget planner is severely lacking. One of the reasons why I use the Petite Budget Book instead.

Hi Saray! How come your frixion pens ink are so dark? I buy those pens and they are so scratchy and light black.. I just noticed. Is it the 0.5 you have or 0.7?

I’m using the .5 pilot, synergy clicker. This one is my favorite version of all of their frixion pens. I find that is more pigmented, but it does start to fade a little bit when the ink starts to run out. But it’s definitely the darkest of them all. Be sure that it says synergy in the packaging. It’s like a pilot frixion and a pilot precise all in one
