💜 Either sit or lay down in a comfortable position with your eyes closed and set an intention to be open to receive Reiki. This allows the healing to flow where it needs to go.
💜 You may experience heat/movement/tingling in your body and chakras or see colours signifying healing in your third eye. You may only get a sense of relaxation, but know that the healing is taking place all the same.
💜 After each Reiki session, it is advised to drink plenty of water to aid the removal of toxins (caffeine, pollution etc.) and to boost healing.
