Hello !!! Fantastic ideas my favorite the first one and the bay leafs. A question for you. Do u change the bay leafs every time or use the same? Does this help w arthritis pain as well?? Thanks again.

It can help arthritis pain because the bay leaves contain anti-inflammatory substances (eugenol). You can also use it without sanitary napkin, put bay leaves directly on your socks.
