I got diagnosed with it a couple months ago and I haven’t been to track training since should I still do training because I don’t want to be unfit or do I keep waiting until it goes away?

Hi. We recommend that you continue to train as much as you can with heel pain if the pain is temporary and only briefly there after a training session. We usually say that if you have had pain for more than 4 weeks it’s time to see a Solemaids specialist.

I’ve been infected by severs disease three times in 1 year And I have a problem where I have a shortened Achilles so if I don’t do physical therapy I may split my Achilles but the stretches I do are what cuz my severs
