Mr walrus, Can you try impregnator gragas in the new mode? there is a thing that gives all dashes 150 ability haste, as well as a more common 60 ability haste one. Cdr shoes are 40 AH as well, and im sure there are legendaries with buffed ability haste. If you can get even those first three, I can imagine gragen impregnating the entire rift.
helo bogaguy could you please try rakan mid, items, runs and playstyle is simillair to Graga mid and I have been having big suck cess with the build!! I like going electrocute or phase rush, nashors tooth very gud item on Rakan because he ranged melee and do lot of dmg and nashor give cd, attack speed and on hit thank you for ragan mid!!
