🤎200 gr ovsenih pahuljica
🤎150 gr mljevenog posnog keksa
🤎200 gr urmi
🤎1 dcl vode (u kojoj su bile potopljene urme)
🤎100 kikiriki maslaca
🤎150 gr lješnika
🤎50 gr kakao praha
1️⃣Preliti urme sa vrelom vodom i ostaviti ih oko 20 min.
2️⃣Samljeti u blenderu ovsene pahulje i prebaciti ih u dublju posudu.
3️⃣Ispeći lješnike na srednjoj temperaturi na teflonskom tiganju, skinuti koru i samljeti u blenderu,
4️⃣U blender staviti urme sa vodom i kikiriki maslac i blendati kako bi se dobila pasta kao sa videa. Nakon toga prebacite smjesu iz blendera u posudu sa i ovsenim pahuljicama, keksom i mljevenim lješnikom, dodati kakao i promiješati kašikom ili mikserom kako vam je lakše.
Smjesu možete ostaviti u frižideru jedno 1-2h da se ukusi povežu i masa stegne. Ruke namastite sa malo kokosovog ulja kako bi lakše formirali kuglice. Slažite ih na pleh obložen pekarskim papirom.
5️Ostavite ih jedno sat vremena u zamrzivaču, jer će se prilikom umakanja u glazuru, čokolada odmah stegnuti.
🍫Glazura od čokolade:
🤎300 gr čokolade za kuvanje
🤎kašika kokosovog ulja
🤎50 gr. grubo isjeckanih lješnika
Otopite čokoladu na pari sa kašikom kokosovog ulja. Umakati bombice u čokoladu i slagati na pekarski papir i ukrasiti lješnikom. Glazura će se stegnuti odmah jer su kuglice zamrznute🫶🏻. Čuvajte ih u frižideru 15-ak dana, naravno ako vam potraju do tada 😁.

🤎200 g of oatmeal
🤎150 gr of ground biscuit
🤎200 g of dates
🤎1 dcl of water (in which the dates were soaked)
🤎100 peanut butter
🤎150 gr of hazelnuts
🤎50 g of cocoa powder
1️⃣Pour the dates with hot water and leave them for about 20 minutes.
2️⃣Grind oat flakes in a blender and transfer them to a deep container.
3️⃣Fry hazelnuts at a medium temperature on a Teflon pan, remove the skin and grind in a blender,
4️⃣Put dates with water and peanut butter in a blender and blend to make a paste like in the video. After that, transfer the mixture from the blender to a bowl with oat flakes, biscuits and ground hazelnuts, add cocoa and mix with a spoon or a mixer as it's easier for you.
You can leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours so that the flavors combine and the mixture hardens. Grease your hands with a little coconut oil to make it easier to form balls. Arrange them on a tray lined with baking paper.
5️Leave them in the freezer for an hour, because when dipped in the glaze, the chocolate will harden immediately.
🍫Chocolate glaze:
🤎300 g of cooking chocolate
🤎a spoonful of coconut oil
🤎50 gr. roughly chopped hazelnuts
Melt the chocolate in a steamer with a tablespoon of coconut oil. Dip the balls in chocolate and place on baking paper and decorate with hazelnuts. The frosting will set immediately because the balls are frozen 🏻. Keep them in the fridge for about 15 days, of course if they last until then 😁.
