I am so tired of getting the “female” perspective. I’m not certain why there would be a great difference. Along with that I would say the same thing about getting a female President. STUPID, STUPID STUPID!! It tells me I don’t have to listen to them much. It will not be unbiased.

I am a new subscriber and have binged watched many of the videos. I have learned a lot, and realize that I have a similar but slightly different skill set as an emergency physician. There is a body language of illness, from respiratory rate and effort to the fluidity of movements. Facial expressions are often key to eliciting the history of the illness, and these cues of information hiding are familiar to me. I am often interacting with people at their worst, most stressed times and even at risk of violent behavior. I find your videos very helpful at continued and improved recognition of these cues. Really great content!!

Mark, my heart breaks for you a bit with that revelation about what you do for other people in bearing their grief. You say that in order to help train people on how to give a eulogy, part of the process is to have them go through it over and over and unload that grief on you. My eyes actually stung in almost-tears just thinking about the weight you're carrying in providing that service. Maybe you are reading this and thinking I'm going too deep, and you might be right, but for whatever reason, it just resonated. Love this but Mark, you really do grieve when your loved one has died from dementia. You grieve twice, in different ways. It’s traumatic. When your loved one has dementia, you grieve the change and certain loss. But when they die, it’s the loss, the suffering and the regret that we/I couldn’t prevent it.

That's the true. First your mourn while they are alive because the person they were is quickly fading. Then you mourn because you can't do anything to stop/help/relieve them of the pain and fear of the condition. And then you mourn when they pass because of their suffering and your loss. And then. you get to do it again whenever you think about them or meet anyone else going through this process. Hugs to you Neenaj. Sorry for your painful loss.

Remember dementia is a group of diseases. Which includes Alzheimer's but also Parkinson's and other diseases. She said Alzheimer's the stage she described is the late stage of Alzheimer's and if he had late-stage Alzheimer's all around him would know. All others describe him as normal. When I worked with Alzheimer's patients we used early memory and music therapy to relax the patient and they would be death scared to go out alone in late-stage and very confused about time and place. late-stage Alzheimer's always ends with death soon after.

The brush of the hair comments after 19:00...... always bear in mind that if you have long hair and you are outside stray hairs can irritate your face and the natural reaction is to put your hair behind your ear, so not all movements like this are necessarily flirtatious.

This pilot was great! So many lessons learned in one. I have just seen it... and I feel that the group's nexusxwas formed, and the need to condense, organise and format all became super clear. Wish RU-vid would list these in chronological order for search. I keep recommending the channel to my smart friends. I only find I have to warn them against the sadness inherent in the content, because some of these are gut-wrenching. I really love that though you don't come to judge, your humanity breaks through at times and you do let yourselves be touched or disgusted or even furious. Thanks again, glad this venture got started last year and delighted for all your success.

As a pilot, I am wondering, how does one lose their pilot's license the day after they got it? How would or could that even happen? You would have to do something so egregious I can't even imagine. Which if he did, it is probable that he was very careless and dangerous that he probably did crash. Flying low would not give you any options if you had a fuel or engine problem. Chase, radar on a destroyer where you can see everything on the surface is far different that trying to avoid ATC by flying low. Big difference between ATC and the DOD. I Challenge you on that point.

I really enjoy this channel! Appreciate their unbiased approach. As these guys said, the creators of the Netflix documentary edited it and created clear bias against Carol Baskin using music, framing, splicing in like 15 instances of Joe blowing up/gunning down her likeness, etc. I continue to be puzzled by how much focus viewers have given that, but no one is discussing the insanity that is Joe Exotic, how he definitely killed several tigers and buried them in his yard (evidence was found), how he manipulated and effectively abused several young men, his so-called boyfriends (again this was explained in the doc), how he wrote off his staff member losing an arm as “bad for his business.” Plus that other dude who bought the grounds and who was clearly a criminal in his own ways. The lack of discourse around that makes it seem like it’s normal/expected. But the *possibility* of Carol *possibly* being involved in the death of her husband is all anyone is talking about 🤷🏻‍♀️ I guess the creators of this documentary got what they wanted. An audience with an absence of critical thinking skills and too much time on their hands. 👍🏼😞 yet these 4 professional couldn’t say one way or another what happened...

im glad chase pinged her for the low flying / radar comment. you're looking at sub 30 feet to have an impact on radar cross signture over sea. that's the sort of altitude strike pilots might fly once or twice in their careers. and yeah their planes fly a lot faster than a little civilian turboprops, but they're also much more resistant to weather and buffeting.

In my limited experience, people fixing their eyes in the distance and not accessing a lot is when they don't want to feel the pain connected to the subject, because looking into a person's eyes while talking about something painful will bring the pain to the surface and it hurts too much.
