You’re absolutely right, sometimes an accident IS simply an accident….. HOWEVER sometimes a child loses their life and despite evidence and even FACTS supporting the fact that there is accountability for that child’s death people walk away completely free from any form of punishment and when that happens it’s usually due to money and means….. What we have to see is whether we feel that justice was served and in this case….was it? Just because it’s hard to accept, or YOU simply don’t believe it, that doesn’t mean corruption doesn’t exist. Someone I knew growing up killed someone by hitting them with a motorcycles. He was under age, he had taken out his fathers motorcycle and was speeding. He hit a postman and killed him. He came from a wealthy family and they made it look like the postman was suicidal and jumped in front of him.. it was horrendous! Not everything is simply black and white… not all the time. I have a friend who’s father lives in Truckee, and she said it’s like a old hippie community. Everyone looks out for everyone else and no one points a finger or tells on anyone as they are a “family”. I have wondered how Sami got to the party; where were her friends? The whole story Sami told was bizarre! And even more bizarre is that LE let her be a spokesperson and collect statements ….Just plain weird!
the original people from here are just regular folks , alot of city people are up here now, some hippy types but not a ton , just tegular people mostly who grew up here and wonder what the heck is going on , truckee isn't like it use to be that's for sure, makes me sad we use to be close knit , it's busting at the seams w people moving up here 😒
This reminds me so much of the Summer Wells case where the community won't speak against the nefarious neighbors and tend to take care of things within the community as was the old Appalachian way of East Tennessee. People know things but are afraid to tell what they know and outsiders are not welcome.
I will keep remembering Kiely . She reminds me of my daughter as a teen , so happy , adventurous with dreams but very naive . She too died because of her trust in the wrong people .

It's very scary! I recently watched a TikTok where the man kept finding zip ties on the back handle of his daughters car when she got home from work three nights in a row. Well he told his brother who is a policeman and he said cut it off immediately and for the girl to be extra careful. Because that is one way they will mark a girl to be trafficked, then whoever does the kidnapping will see and.... It's really a scary thought!! So I am always checking my daughter's car for any sign of it being marked cause some are pretty settle and not real noticeable unless looking like maybe just a piece of tape even on antenna or something.... I can't believed that that parents accepted that answer so very easily without questioning anything. I always thought that is somebody was killed in a car accident they had to have a reenactment of the entire situation so they can look at it. But instead they get somebody to give her an autopsy that wasn't really even legally license to do what she did and then instead of making sure everything was okay they just cremated her so they never had a chance to look again that's all fishy if it was my kid it wouldn't happened that way.
It bothers me...even if it is true that this all got summed up by the authorities as basically "Kiely was highly intoxicated and should've zigged when she actually zagged." And literally everyone close to her just accepted it as fact, with little to no followup, after spending the first couple weeks proclaiming how Kiely is NOT that kind of person and would never do such things. It bothers me that some of the people who first pushed the foul play scenario (SF) are now hellbent on destroying anyone who disagrees with them it was actually an "accident." It bothers me her own mother did absolutely zero searching and quite literally expected everyone else to do the work for her (seems like a bit of a theme with Lindsey) Her words I believe were "I'm not trained in human search and rescue" But she was johnny on the spot when the media was on site and wanted to hear another one of her cringey new-age rants. She certainly loves words and hearing herself speak. It bothers me there was little to no grieving and instead...celebration. These aren't foreign people, Hindus, with a different culture and tradition...they are extremely rich white hippies in California that have to play along (LARP) to maintain the "tradition." Don't get it twisted, and save me the "everyone grieves differently" sentiment. There's a reason everyone thinks that community is weird AF. If one more random ass person from that town comes out and publicly says they feel the need to "protect the community" I might actually snap. And now we're the weird ones for finding that complete flip in sentiments in everyone involved odd? That "accident" required so many complete failures committed by everyone else involved, that it's criminal, even if it is criminal negligence. A bartender can get incarcerated for serving too many drinks to someone who commits a DUI or hurts themselves. One failure led to another led to another led to another, until it was basically inevitable something bad was going to happen to someone. And none of them will get in trouble for any of it? Just kids being kids, just Truckee being Truckee...no one else outside of Truckee residents would understand (or at least that's what the locals proclaim on each and every livestream they crawl onto) The smartest girl at the party was the one who made the worst decisions, the dumbest people in the town are the ones who now are her "voice." Her legacy and character sacrificed so everyone else could get on with their lives (and college applications). That's what happened here, regardless if accident or foul play. I've never seen an entire community switch so quickly from "finding their own missing child" to protecting their reputation at all costs. It's always been Bizarro world over in California.
Not to mention, she didn't drunk drive, lol. Everyone that gave a statement said she was drunk but the autopsy said the small amount of ethanol was caused by decomposition. Obviously more proof Of the autopsy being altered to follow a narrative

Creator Kevin Neese is still working hard on this case. My thinking on this case is one possibility is that when u see the car hesitate before going I to water is the actual driver jumps out of car and the car is gently pushed from behind by one of the other cars into water with Kiely or whomever is in trunk.

She’d left her Aunt’s house, with her friend there, in stocking feet and pajamas. It was below freezing on Friday, I think it was. I’m about 100 miles away. It made it to the local news this morning and they’re saying, “It’s not suspicious-No foul play is suspected.” They had to use chain saws to get to her?!

He was from another country and claimed to heal people I believe. Would actually perform types of surgeries right there in a room full of followers. They ended up busting him and the number of people of all ages , male, female were SA! The number was outrageous. I don’t think Oprashxt condemned him but how could she with the same allegations regarding her schools , where parents and young girls spoke out! When you have people of elite status behind some sort of organization, business, NGO, etc and allegations start you can guarantee there’s a lot more going on in regards to ST !!!
There’s certainly more to this case that needs looking into, I’m so glad you’re continuing to do so. Trafficking is definitely a possibility, it’s more widespread than most people can imagine and they go to great lengths to keep it hidden. Was it really Kiely’s body in the car? Some inconsistencies have given room for doubt allegedly. There are times when I wonder if the residents of Truckee have played us like a fiddle. Thanks Harsh.
Personally I don’t think it was Kiely’s body. I think she was taken & is being trafficked, & another girl’s body placed there… some other girl who needed to ‘disappear’
What has always bothered me is, there really is no public proof it was Kiely. She was taken and cremated and perhaps the real Kiely is out there somewhere. The whole town is sooo suspicious!!!

@@skincarejerk6040 I refuse to believe that the autopsy shared with the public is real. Whether or not it's THE autopsy would be very important. Lindsey said she wanted to keep the tox report private so it's odd that they didn't respect her wishes since Kiely is a minor. Nate C is behind bars because he gave a 15 year old girl fentanyl that took her life and they won't even release her name. The autopsy is off. The heighth and weight are off. The tattoo is in the wrong place even though earlier in the report, it was stated there was no visible tattoos. The organs are the weight of a small child. There was no DNA taken, no dental records used, and she was identified by a detective by facial recognition. The examiner couldn't identify her by facial recognition. That's not how a body is identified in the US. In the report the examiner concurred with the detective and the detective said no foul play. Then the examiner put that it was an accident. A detective can suspect foul play at the scene of a crime. They cannot determine foul play during an autopsy. Liver was the only sample that was collected and saved. I could go on. The whole autopsy raises red flags. Plus it was a small report. Medical examiners question the report. If a medical examiner questions it, I'm sure not going to believe it.
There’s still zero proof there was even a party in the first place. Extremely odd there’s still no pictures of the party. One weird part to me about all of this was her being so far out in the water. There’s no way she drove extremely fast on that crazy bumpy road. If she drove in there herself it wouldn’t have been 55’ out. Also, for over 15 years I’ve lived here and threw out the years several girls have gotten trafficked from here unfortunately
There was an idea that it happened during the day and they took her with the car and kept her in a freezer in one of the richie's garages until the coast was clear. No idea if any of that is true, but there was a tonne of soc med talk that she was being kept in a freezer until they could dump her.
This case just keeps getting stranger, the entire town is guilty of this girl death, if it’s true that the FBI is involved now you’re trafficking makes perfect sense 😮

I think someone was jealous of Keiley and knew someone would cover it up for her. But anything possible. Was there some one else that came up missing from the Bogar lake party? Could it been a set up? Did Keiley and Sam have a fight and Keiley got hurt maybe hit her heat on a rock maybe. Was she was slipped drugs to be trafficked or drove in the lake. My instincts and video coverage that was enlarged from fire camera. I think Someone who claims to be a friend and wanted Jagger but maybe Jagger still had feeling for Keiley. So this other person drugged Keiley and put Keiley in the back of car. Keiley fought back the best she could. The girl that drove her in the lake had bruises on her arm the next day when an interview. Look at those video the next day look at Sami arms. I think she knows mom and dad has always got her out of trouble and figured. They would for this too. My opinion
it may not even have been her in the vehicle which would explain all the discrepencies. Maybe Sami was telling the truth when she said Keily was far far away. The parents never bothered to identify the body, did they?
I’m so glad you mentioned that Nick said the girl introduced herself as Kiely because I was beginning to think I’d imagined that as no one else seemed to be mentioning it. At the time I thought it was odd that the female would introduce herself yet he made no mention of the male doing the same. That made me wonder if it was someone pretending to be Kiely. I’m still dumbfounded that Kiely was officially identified without DNA, fingerprints, or dental records. That is super suspicious to me. Also is there a link between Kiely and Trinity who was just found deceased yesterday? She’s got similar colouring, also slim build, similar age. Is that a preferred type? Was she also being taken and a suicide was staged? Something so fishy out there
I saw the first interview Nick did with Doug, In that one, he did not say she introduced herself that I remember. He had stated it was kiely's photo on the poster that caused him to remember the call to Boca Reservoir. I think Nick's story is a paid for story, especially now.
@@June-tb4vi yes. Nick the roadside assistance guy. It is in the Adventures With Purpose video about their search to find and discovery of Kiely. In it is a segment of Doug's interview with him. It is followed by Doug making some statements about it, other details, and saying there is more footage of the interview that they should be able to show later. He also included comments to ensure people didn't go after Jagger with unfounded suspicions, all very unlike Jared's statements in a subsequent video chat interview on another RU-vid channel. There is very little I am certain of, but Nick's story being an attempt to prevent them from searching Prosser after LE couldn't dissuade them by telling them about previous dive searches is something I feel very sure of. I think AWP were stoic that Prosser was still the best place to search because it was the last place she was known to be. I think the plan was to get them to think Boca was the actual last location of her so they and everyone would give up the idea they need to search Prosser again. The way I see it is both LE and Sami stood, and still stand to benefit from everyone believing she was alive on the shore of Boca Reservoir instead of dead in the water of Prosser Reservoir.

According to reports, LE could not locate a car 50 feet off shore in 10 to 14 feet of water less than an eighth of a mile from the "party." 5. How did Sammi get home, and when did she arrive? 6. Why were Jagger and Kate searching in Reno rather than at Prosser Lake? 7. Where is the fire cam video of the 300- to 400-person party with lights strung through the trees from just a little earlier if the fire cam video shows a car in the lake?Also, 8. Who is SF Investigations? Why did he get involved in this case? 9. Did members of the local law enforcement have children in attendance at this alleged party? 10. Why does the picture of Kiely's car in the snow on the missing poster not match the car they recovered from the water? Some may argue that they used a stock image of a 2013 Honda CRV. Why use a snow-covered stock photo to represent a missing car when there are thousands of photos of 2013 Hondas? (No, this appears to be a photograph provided by Kiely's family.) 11.Why does the autopsy report drowning as the cause of death when the facts on the autopsy do not add up to drowning as a cause of death?
It’s perfectly normal for police to recommend the family not view the body in cases like this where decomposition is so far along, however the fact that no dental or DNA tests were done and the body cremated so fast with so many unanswered questions is very suspicious on top of all the other LE failures and history.
The Police didn't reccomend it! The Parents said no they just wanted to be on the phone and not go in person. Every Parent I hear of has to see their child to make sure they are really deceased! Never ever heard of Parents saying no! Ever!
My best friend in high school went to a party with another friend and end up being a bunch of adults so they left and then she did she went missing we found her and her friend in the river inside her car

There was a 16 year old girl Trinity Backus who went Missing & was found deceased yesterday in Nevada County CA & the place that she went Missing from was about 58-59 miles away from Prosser Reservoir where Kiely Rodni was found.

@@katiekane5247 It's Nevada County! They couldn't even find Kiely Rodni & AWP found her in the reservoir where her phone last pinged in around 30 minutes if that tells you anything about how thorough they are at searching.
@@biarritz84 There are tons of cases like hers where the person wandered off barefoot and was either found in a dazed state (if found) or deceased with no visible signs of foul play. They are usually found in a place no one would have thought possible and/or it was previously searched many times. If they left with shoes on, they are always found barefoot. And all of them had no previous episodes of mental health issues, etc. though they is a large percentage of special needs children that this seems to affect more. Just go learn more about the cases and you’ll find the similarities…there’s way too many to count.
You make so many good points. I agree, it is highly unlikely that she made the wrong turn in an area she knew like the back of her hand. Just one more red flag in a case that is littered with them. Thanks for staying with this when so many other creators have accepted the official story.
If Kiely was driving her car when it went into the water, there is no way she would have gone into the back of her car. If she was that messed up that she drove into the water, she would either have been found still in the driver's seat, or she would have somehow gotten out of the window and drowned.. Also, the fire cam footage showed alot of car lights going in several different directions at the same time. Nobody saw a car going towards the water? And why were alot of cars all leaving at the same time? Yes, there are still sooooo many questions. Personally, I think it was a bully thing gone wrong. And Sammi holds the answer to alot of those questions.
And whats up with Kielys mom. She either is the queen of suppressing your emotions, or she has burned every emotional brain cell she had. I still can't get over how UNEMOTIONAL she acted, during everything.
And in my opinion I saw a flashes and smaller lights that almost look like flashlights or headlamps that came on and off at different times in that video right when the car went in
I do not believe she drove herself into the reservoir. I believe there is more to this case. But I disagree that everything points to an attempt to traffic her. It is a stretch with effort to imagine how Kiely's fate had any signs of that, imho. I do believe everything points to Kiely being lured to an ambush at the " friendly fight" by her new "friend" Sami. I think everything points to Sami being the one who put Kiely and her car into the water. I think the local LE had been turning a blind eye to the events held in the woods, that they were at first covering up their own negligence without thinking it wasn't an accident. Their self protection has inadvertently aided and abetted the covering up the crime, imho.
They aren't at all. They just labeled it active so they can claim they can't release anything. This case will be labeled that way forever. Just like the cases on Everyone Counts were.

I have always believed it was trafficking, I do believe that higher ups are in to trafficking, and this girl that was found yesterday something connecting these 2 incidents
FBI- sent vehicle to specialized processing unit. The substraight order in the treads is interesting. Every road, dirt, gravel, paved...every body of water...basically the bottom of everything is unique unto itself. When a vehicle travels from point A to Z the substraight should be in that order. For example, it would be odd for treads to have substraight from Boca and Processor. FBI- firecams FBI- hasn't completed interviews and then the follow up work that may come after those interviews. CHP- Roadside Nick CHP- Firecams CHP- also wants Kiely's vehicle. (my opinion is the report from the two Bays should satisfy CHP. They might want a few photos for files but honestly, by the time it's all over that damn honda will have been taken apart and put back together twice as it is. You're right on the money w/ Trafficking. HSI (Homeland Security Investigates) has asked me to consult 3 days next week. You are absolutely right about even a drunk driver can find their way home. My husband and his cousin have stories of driving home so wasted that they can't remember how they got home...through a city with lots of lights and driving 15 minutes away. Explain that one! So it definitely happens...this is when they were just out of the service so still in their young 20s.

There is definitely more to this case, and what you say makes sense, but I don't believe that was Kiely's body in the car or at the autopsy. That was some other poor misfortunate, placed there while Kiely was taken to Mexico.
Just a thought, how easy would it be to use a Go fund me account in these cases as a way of payment for "goods" delivered? Sort of a money laundering scheme taken to another level. That would explain why that was a big issue with the family and AWP. Always think you should follow the money. Truthfully, I am not familiar how the go funds work so I guess I just have a suspicious mind.

I've always thought it was something OTHER THAN an accident. They should have all had a meeting and practiced their story and not deviated from it if they wanted people to buy their "what happened". Too many contradicting statements. Too many red flags. Too much "incompetence" from LE. Not "normal" reactions from grieved parents. JMHO
I’m glad you’re covering trafficking. Thank you Harsh. This is an area of research where I focus my attention. It’s good to hear someone with a level-head discuss it. I too feel it was potentially a trafficking situation gone wrong. And, just to address the accident hypothesis, if we accept that the firecam actually filmed Kiely’s car (I don’t accept the time and date stamp, but it would appear there’s a car or something travelling toward and into the reservoir), for arguments sake, let’s assume the time and date can also be trusted. The ‘friends’ said Kiely was hammered, had no control of her faculties, could easily have driven herself into the reservoir. Okay. Then, they tell us she’s native to the area. She’s drove those roads many times. Okay. Look at the footage. That car is travelling what 10-15 miles per hour average, stops, and then starts again. Okay?! All happy with that?! So, with those two things being accurate and to use everyone’s favourite ‘theory’ Occam’s razor, on a balance of probabilities then, all things being equal, you’d have to accept that Kiely was drunk/drugged, unable to stand up, BUT, be able to maintain a slow speed, travelling in one straight line, having enough control to stop the vehicle at the waters edge, before driving straight into it. I’m going to argue from a research perspective now. Occam’s razor is one of the worst theory’s to analyse a real life situation or circumstance in which there are so many variables. Not all things are equal. It’s a very naive perspective and analysis to use. It’s very lazy too. The theory itself, does not allow for inequality. And, for that reason alone, it’s steeped with issues. I just wanted to address that little issue because it’s driving me insane. I see it in every comments section. The theory was never meant to be used in the context most people are using it. It was more a mathematical/technological theory, which focused on solving problems that arose from things like mathematical and statistical issues. ‘Usually, the simplest answer is the right one’ because mathematicians, people who work in fields technology are perfectionists and with that comes aspects of obsession. So, in the first year of undergrad most of the mathematical/technological lot get told about Occam’s razor. Because, they are dealing with inanimate objects and numbers. So all things are equal or relative. Or, rather that’s the starting point.
Thanks for covering this case, I cannot let this go until we get to the bottom of this. Poor Kiely , she deserves Justus and even tho her parent's and so called friends want to drop it, We must not let it go and keep pushing for the Truth. I'm heart broken over her death,and I cringe at the thought of her life being discarded like this. Disgusting behaviors of conduct.

Gotta keep at it and fighting for justice for kiely there's too many red flags to just forget about this. something is defintity not right with the accident without any kind of foul play....wonder how many hours people have lost sleep over this.. Can't budge that niggling feeling of injustice.
One thing continues to really bother me about this case is that a few other people who were at the party said that she was really drunk, but the toxicology report does not support that. If Nick the tow truck driver did see her the next day,, it could explain that discrepancy. Her body would have metabolized the alcoholic before her death. What do you think?
Harsh is right we don’t even know if there was a party. She was a teen, her mother gave fuck all about her welfare, other teens hung out there apparently, seems like she’d have been there before. Idk
Thanks Harsh, you really spoke what I believe, no picture of her in the party, "best friends" left her alone in the "party." The autopsy doesnt even have her DNA proofing its her. The LE just let the "crime scene" wide open and her belongings can picked up by anyone. The firecam footage could be manipulated. This is so wrong in many ways. I don't believe it was an accident.

If we go down the trafficking road - there are several pieces of info in the early stages we may have forgot or not heard. Can’t recall - but maybe ZAF GIRL - was a report of a woman renting out a basement. When the prospective tenants arrived she noticed them trying to pull a young blonde girl from the back seat - she told them to leave. And the report of a blond girl on the following morning of a blonde girl topless being dragged back to a diver 4x4.... which would coincide with Nick the tow truck story.
Not to mention, why wouldn't Kiely follow everyone else? If she was confused it's more likely she'd follow other cars and not go opposite direction of them. And those other cars were close enough to see her driving down there. Not very a plausible explanation at all!!!! Also, There's been at least one other girl Kielys age from that area, very similar blonde very beautiful girl, like Kiely, who was missing and found deceased too. Not a coincidence imo!!!
Sometimes I wish I didn't get so invested in this case in the beginning and just read the headline the media put out like I do so many others. I don't know what really drew me to this case this much but I won't be happy until the truth comes out and Kiely gets justice.
