So I've been doing this backwards. I'll do my oils in my scalp and braids then spray my water. Ha! Now it's supposed to be the other way around to moisturize my hair and the oil seals it in... wow. I had no idea. But I will do this at night for sure. Thank you for this video!
Hello from Sydney Australia 🇦🇺 My fav is the extreme moisturizing routine for 4c hair, however all your vids are informative and inspiring. Thank you and hope you and your family have a wonderful, safe festive break.
Hey guys, I’m back with another video! This is going to show you a really useful technique on how to moisturise EXTREMELY dry hair. I use this method when my hair is REALLY dry and it works every time. So if your someone whose hair is constantly dry, then you definitely need to give this a try. Hope it helps 💛
Also wen u oil ur hair twice a day, do you use the LCO method in this video and how often do you wash ur hair cos my hair is soooo dry and I am still learning how to moisturize properly, trying to avoid product overload and also trying g to avoid washing my hair too often to reduce the number of times I comb my hair.
mojisola Luyi-Longe I don’t use the LCO method twice a day, but only when my hair feels dry. But yes, I apply the LCO method with this technique. Hope that makes sense! But I wash my hair every 2 weeks.
The reason I stopped doing this method was because it made me cold at night... But other than that it is a good method to do but but I would absolutely not do it every night.
Would the cling wrap slip right off with my bonnet? Maybe Am I still going to try this? Definitely! 💀 I have high porosity hair and I need the moisture to stick around for more than 0.9s
Yes, that really makes a difference. I’ve got a few recommendations on my Amazon store that might help to give you some ideas, feel free to check it out www.amazon.co.uk/shop/healthyafrohair
New subscriber here! I’ve literally watched your entire hair journey in a day lol! I am considering transitioning from relaxed (with accidental texlaxed portions) to natural or all texlaxed. I am half expecting to finally get up and look in the mirror and have achieved the same amount of hair growth as you, but then remember that although it’s been over a year for you, it’s only been a day for me 😂😂
Hi Your hair is beautiful! I have very short dry hair and it's grey. How do I moisturize? Most of the videos are for longer non/Grey hair. Can you help me? Thx.
My hair does shed, but it’s more noticeable when I’m detangling. But if you’re experiencing it, you can try black or green tea rinses which are designed to help reduce it. I have a video on how I make the tea here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-twbOsgnqzEM.html
I love your video, I have low porosity hair but my last 2 wash day gave me a hard time keeping the moisture . I am confused because I did not change anything in my routine. I tried the baggy method but when I remove the bag my hair is damp and once it dries there is no moisture. What do you suggest?
For growth you can use; rosemary oil, lavender oil, peppermint oil (all essential oils) so you would have to dilute them with carrier oils of your choice. Some options; Grapeseed oil, Almond oil, Jojoba oil, Coconut oil, Argan oil to name a few.
My hair is always dry i keep plastic bag for two days, when dry is super dry, it doesn't smell,I wonder if I can keep it for 3,will this way is too long to keep,my hair is growing a lot.
I can't sleep with my hair wrapped up like that overnight. Maybe it's me, but I feel nasty doin so🤷🏾♀️😂. I tried it once, my hair was sweaty n I didn't like the smell.
