To the people who are upset about these types of videos making you feel bad about yourself, I understand where you are coming from. I agree it's hard to see what you have and all they have, but unless someone is making you watch these videos, you have a choice to watch ones that make you feel good. It takes two to fight. I hope you understand and find happiness.

Stop pushing people away from doing something for their own good. Doesn‘t matter if you‘re too fat or too skinny, it‘s not healthy and that‘s a fact. Please take care of yourself if you‘re able to, being healthy is so important, stop promoting a wrong body image!

As beautiful they all look, it's all because of the horrible beauty standards in East Asia. Please do not compare yourself to them. 99% starve themselfes, use filters, a lot of makeup, go through multiple plastic surgeries and then MAYBE achieve to look like that. You should be naturally beautiful.
I know everyone keeps saying “ you don’t need these tips , you are beautiful the way you are “ but guys if this makes you happy , go ahead ..try out these , try out new hairstyles new skin care , have a great glow up , no one stopping you , you are just trying out new things for your happiness , you are improving yourself , always be confident and comfortable with what you are doing , as long as you are happy that’s all what matters , don’t force yourself in to this

Exactly, being Korean is not an aesthetic. Plus they aren't even aware of how harsh these countries can be in reality.. They only see the good side. Very harsh on students, people burning out and exhausting themselves to death, high suicide rates, very conservative in general.... Of course it's good to appreciate the culture and good things about a country, but don't romanticize it to that extenct. Most people see east asian countries as a form of escapism, while being ignorant and refusing to see the bad things as well. As well as fetishizing asian men/women, this is a big issue as well. :(
I think most people exercise to be healthy. I know myself that after I started exercising I'm so much more flexible and can do things I wasn't able to do before.
@@Wafabinte as you said before we all are beautiful. Just if you feel like you are not healthy enough try to change it. Never change the way you look for someone. If you don't feel confident enough in yourself remember that even the people you think are the prettiest ones also get insicure so don't think that if you change yourself you will automatically not be insicure. First learn to love yourself because you're beautiful! :-)

The only concept of beauty in East Asia is lean, skinny, white, pale, flawless. Its so important for women to be beautiful that women empowerment concepts are rare.

@@Iamchoichoi its a new thing in the modern era... Romanticization of depression, loneliness etc. This beauty concept is a side effect of it. Even in the European era, healthy women were always considered beautiful be it ancient British/Renaissance paintings, or newly born Hollywood industry.

They tell you to love *YOURSELF* not a version of you who doesn't belong to your person. Reminder all specific exercises won't help lose the fat in these specific places. You cannot lose only the belly fat just bc you only exercise stomach. You can only build more muscles in specific places.
Yes I have been a pole dancer for a year, which uses my core to pull me up a lot and hold my weight in the air in places, and since then my stomach has actually got bigger (not massively) but because of the muscle toning underneath.
